He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Thomas and Jean Thomas (Hassel); and his brother Robert Thomas. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Shook; his wife Pat Thomas; his children, Lenn Foster (Chuck) of Salem, Marjie Woodward of Salem, Hollie Thomas (Kevin Buettner) of Shattuc, Stacy Radake of Centralia, Jeff Thomas (Rebecca Boswell) of Missouri, Greg Thomas (Nicky Newcomb) of Salem, Chris Thomas (Brooke) of Collinsville and Anita Libby (John Dale) of Maine; and his stepmother Carla Sinclair of Sandoval. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
