He was predeceased by: his father Michael P. Kusturin; and his grandmothers, Ola Hemmerlein (Bob) and Julia Kusturin (Ivan). He is survived by: his mother Joann "Patty" Kusturin (Gaetti) of Centralia; and his sister Debbie Dillingham (Ken) of Centralia.
