With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin Paul Reuter of Centralia, Illinois, born in Nashville, Illinois, who passed away on July 19, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Reuter and Hazel Reuter (Hemphill); and his brothers, Charles Reuter, Harold Reuter and Carl Reuter.
He is survived by: his wife Viola Reuter (Sprehe); his children, David Reuter (Barbi) of Tuscan, AZ, Connie Profancik (Marc) of Centralia and Sally Wier (Tim) of Sugarland, TX; his grandchildren, Justin Profancik (Renee) of St. Joseph, IL, Lindsey Grant (Brian) of Vacaville, Nick Profancik (Katelyn) of St. Louis, MO, Katie Weir of Sugarland, TX, Wilson Reuter (Shannon) of Mission Viejo, Amy Michaels (Joshua) of Richardson, TX, Bennett Soriano of Houston, TX, Emily Weir of Houston, TX and Delaney Reuter of Tuscan, AZ; and his great grandchildren, Aubree, Keegan, Oliver, Maggie, Elliott, Hadley, Vera, August and Isaac. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
