Hoffman of Centralia, Illinois, born in Dix, Illinois, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Hoffman and Edna Hoffman (Weatherford); his daughter Jo Ann Fleener; and his siblings, Rosetta "Kay" King, Ed Weatherford and C. L. Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Jenette Hoffman; his children, Trina Darnell of Centralia, Mel Hoffman of Colorado, Tracy Simonson (Curtis) of Mt. Vernon, Roda Dennis (Danny) of Enfield, Melissa Tucker of Mt. Vernon, Janet Roberts of Enfield, Duke Roberts of Centralia and Randy Childers of Centralia; and his sisters, Donna McGovern of Mt. Vernon and Phyllis Henery of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
