He is survived by: his former wife Judith Osborn; his wife Judith "Judy" Gregory; his son Steven Mark Gregory of Vincennes, Indiana; his siblings, George "Butch" Clark Gregory (Mary) of Missouri, Georgia E. Peterson (Reeve) of San Diego and Mary Jo Buchanan (Terry) of Mt. Vernon; his brother-in-law Don Osborn of Casey; his uncle Bill Crouch; and his aunt Ruth Ann Dulaney. He is also survived by several nieces, cousins, and extended family.
Memorials may be made in Lewis' honor to the Salvation Army, First Church of the Nazarene, and the Baptist Children's Home in Carmi.
