He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Flagg and Edna Flagg (Coleman); his siblings, George Flagg, Larry Flagg, James Allen Flagg, Rev. Eugene Flagg, Julius Flagg, Samuel Flagg, Denise Bowers, Faye Scott and Abby Flagg; and his sons, Jerome Flagg and Jason Coleman.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Flagg; his children, Lisa Atkins of Shiloh, Lemuel Flagg of Atlanta, Georgia, Stacey Flagg of Riverdale, Terence Coleman (Sheila) of Florissant, Delon (Akesha) of Shiloh and Andre Coleman (Jessica) of Centralia, Illinois; his brother Al Frank Flagg; and his nephew Darrell "Speedy" Atkins. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
