She was predeceased by: her daughter Julie Ann Moore. She is survived by: her parents, Wayne Johnson and Marilyn Johnson (Rine) of Loves Park, Illinois; her husband Charles Moore; her son Tim Moore of Centralia, Illinois; her grandchildren, Abbigail Moore and Peyton Moore; her siblings, David Johnson (Carol) of Alpharetta, Georgia and Cathy Nowak of Pearl City, Illinois; and her nieces and nephews, Luke McDearmon, Matt McDearmon, Sarah Kuhlemeier, Alex Johnson and Catherine Johnson. She is also survived by loving grandmother to her precious grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in Janice's honor to the Family's Wishes and will be accepted for the family at the funeral home.
