It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George William Dugan of Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Dugan and Ruby Dugan (Lyberger); and his siblings, Laura Duncan, Sonny Dugan and Mickey Dugan.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Dugan (Rooneo); and his children, Larry Penland (Tischa Daughtery) of Nashville, Chance Penland (Tonya) of Centralia and Denise Edwards (Jeff) of Odin. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
