He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Glenn Stowers and Freda Stowers (Culver); his brothers, Glenn Stowers, Fred Stowers and Harold Stowers; and his parents-in-law, Robert Dean Phelps and Mary Evelyn Phelps.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Janeen Phelps; his children, Philip Stowers of Maumelle, AR and Eleshia Kirsch (Michael) of Nashville, IL.; his grandson Austin Kirsch of Nashville, IL.; his siblings-in-law, Daniel Phelps (Cheryle) and Gayla Mooney (Bill) of Walnut Hill; his pets, Bella Kirsch and Buddy Stowers; his nephews, Robbie Jolliff and Brandon Mooney; and his pet Lady. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, a host of friends.
