She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Martin and Maggie Martin (Collier); her husband Harold K. Foster; her son-in-law Gary Rice; and her siblings, Marquita, Glenda, Nancy and Billy Glenn.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Rice of Centralia; her grandchildren, Tracey Rice and Beth Rice; her great grandchild Erica Hix (Alex) of Idaho; her great great grandchild Harper; and her sister Carolyn Sullivan (Roy Gene) of Ponca City, Oklahoma..
