He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore James Leitner and Sandra Ann Bogardus; and his cousins, Monica Martinez and Tracy Brown of Kentucky. He is survived by: his son Cameron Leitner of Kenosha, Wisconsin; his siblings, Anthony Leitner (Leslie Mims) of Justice, Illinois and Elice Leitner of Kenosha, Wisconsin; his half-sister Shavon Hale of Arkansas; and his aunt Michele Bogardus of Centralia, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Moran Queen-Boogs Funeral Home to assist the family with David's funeral expenses.
