He was predeceased by: his parents, Harl Kelley and Eva Kelley-Fleck; and his brothers, Edward Kelley and Silver "Lee" Kelley. He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon (Wayne Sisil) and Susie (Tom Tucker). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces & nephews.
