He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Dean Hixenbaugh, Sr. and Clara Edwards (Owens); his former wife Sherri Brink; his wife Sherry Hixenbaugh; his siblings, Debra Hixenbaugh Newman and Juvenile Hixenbaugh; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Shipley, Dale N. Knolhoff and Daniel Joseph Hutton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Major Dale E. Hixenbaugh (Major JoAnn) of Rockford, IL, Marie Hixenbaugh of Centralia, Charlene Hays (Steve) of Sandoval, Patti Hutton of Centralia, Sandy Shipley (Bruce Tettemer) of Salem, Cristy Buchanan (Wesley) of Wayne City and Jason Hixenbaugh of Centralia; and his nephew Chad Little of Centralia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
