She was predeceased by: her father James Russell Willis; and her stepfather Gene Newcomb. She is survived by: her mother Daisy Jean Kennison of Centralia; her husband Richard "Ricky" Smith; her children, Sarah Cook (Jason) of Fletcher, Carolyn Pribble (Jacob) of Centralia, Richard Smith of Gallatin and Jenifer Smith of Gallatin, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, Gabe, Dylan, Caden and Abbey; her great grandchild Michael; her siblings, Jimmy Willis (Jeanie), Harold Willis, Russell Willis and Rhoda Willis; and her stepsiblings, Clarence Newcomb, David Newcomb (Paula), Scott Newcomb, Jimmy Newcomb, Sara Newcomb and Arthur Newcomb (Sherry).
