She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Rapp of Centralia and Sharon Stack (Stanley) of Belleville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Kerry Pitchford (B. J. Lamb) of Centralia, Gena Albert (Scott) of Carbondale, Erin Cook (Ryan) of Belleville and Ryan Stack of Westminster, Colorado; and her sister Lynda Fornear (Adam) of Sesser. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
