He is survived by: his spouse Robert Markey; his children, Barbara McEwen (Ed) of California, Linda Lairson of Missouri, Carol Smith of Colchester, Dorothy Kimbrell of California, Dustin Clark of Mt. Sterling, Lance of Carthage, Nicole of Carthage and Danielle Clark of Carthage; and his siblings, Bobby Markey (Angela) of LaHarpe, Richard Markey (Judy) of Burnside, Illinois, Cathy Johnson (Rick) of Dallas City, Patty Finch (Mark Guzman) of LaHarpe and Brenda Kern (Robin) of Mt. Airy, NC.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
