He was predeceased by: his parents, A. J. Thomason and Bonnie Thomason (McGraw). He is survived by: his wife Claudette Aynes of Carthage; his children, Wendy Noble of Stronghurst, Cassie of Burlington, Iowa, Carrie Moser of Burlington, Iowa and A. J. Thomason of McAlester, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Kathy Thomason of Stronghurst, Malinda Hoover (Bill) of Stronghurst, Angie Thomason of MaComb and Kevin Vaughn of Stronghurst. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
