He is survived by: his wife Dona Shepard; his children, Julie Hall (John) of Wichita, KS, Kelly Kensett (Mike Shearer) of Warsaw, IL and Frank Hoewing of Keokuk; his grandchildren, Morgan Burns, Kayla Kensett, James Kensett, John D. Hall (Hailey), Dylon Hoewing and Hallee Hoewing; and his brother Richard L. Hoewing (Bonnie) of Chandler, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
