She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lowe of Carthage; her son Rusty Willey (Stephanie) of Carthage; her stepchildren, Kimberly Lowe (Aaron) of Breese and Brandon Lowe of Albers, Illinois; her grandchildren, Bethany Scheetz (Dan), Alyssa Willey (Ethan Summers), Morgan Reinhardt (Jake) and Abbie Horstmann; her great grandchildren, Asher Russell Scheetz and Hollis Randall Scheetz; and her sister Janice Miller of Macomb.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Carthage Clippers Fire Department or Blessing Hospice.
