He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Neill and Ida Neill (Trautvetter); his wife Connie Ufkes; and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Melissa) of Rio and David (Shelly) of Carthage; his granddaughters, Sarah Nelson (Brian) of Altona and Katherine Sullivan (James) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and his stepgrandsons, Jeremy and Josh Roberts.
