He was predeceased by: his parents, James Warren "J. W." and Frances Marie Campbell (Miller); his wives, Joanne Tyler and Clara Cozette; his daughter-in-law Cinda Campbell; and his brothers, Kenneth Campbell and Samuel Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Campbell (Susan), Gary Campbell of Ponca City, Mary Kelly (Dave) of Boulder and Donnie D. Campbell of Boulder, Colorado; his grandchildren, Amanda Strutton (Peter), Adam Kelly (Faith), Zachary Kelly (Jenna), Josua Campbell, Briana Campbell, James Tyler Smith and Jessica Ann Gidcumb (Tiffany Ann Riegert); his great grandchildren, Elsie Ann Gidcumb, Jack Tyler Smith, Beau Kingsman Smith, Evelyn Strutton, Abigail Strutton, Alexander Strutton, Adalyn Kelly, Hudson Kelly, Winston Kelly and Daclan Kelly; and his siblings, Mary Roodhouse of Greenville, Jim Campbell (Lynn) of St. Louis, Peggy Post of Jacksonville and Bob Campbell (Sherry) of Salem, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
