She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth D. Baxter and Zelda Maxine Baxter (Edison); her brother Darrell Baxter; her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Baxter and Mary Ann Baxter; and her nephew Michael David Baxter.
She is survived by: her brother Frank "Sank" Baxter of Fort Madison, Iowa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
