We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2022, at the age of 85, Della Ruth Walker of Carthage, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Girden and Gladys Brumbaugh Patrick; her daughter Barbara Sue; her siblings, Gene, Junior, Robland, Kenny, Waldo Patrick and Mary Frances Londrie; and her close friend Bernard Lafferty.
She is survived by: her pets, Shiner, Brownie, Patches and Bandit; her children, Melvin Walker of Lomax, Jim Walker (Vickie) of Norway, Danny Walker (Tressa) of Carthage, Joe Walker (Carol) of Carthage, Sam Walker, Connie Walker of Bradenton, FL and Roberta Smith of Quincy; and her brother Jack Patrick of Littleton. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
