He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Webster and Maude Webster (Fryer); his siblings, Wayne, Lester Webster and Wilta Harshbarger; and his sister-in-law Maxine Webster.
He is survived by: his nieces, Patricia Allen Schurtz of Carthage, Shirley Talbot of Ft. Madison and Diana Walters (Phil) of Covington, Indiana; his nephew Jerry Harshabarger (Wanda) of New Ross, Indiana; and his stepchildren, Michael Koob of Lake Forest and Kathy McInness (Charles) of Point Roberts, Washington..
