He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Brinkschroeder and Virginia Brinkschroeder (Pilkington); and his stepson Brad Westcott. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Sowers of Carthage; his stepchildren, Michelle Nicol (Jeremy) of Carthage and Mike Westcott (Jenni Ferguson) of Niota; his grandchildren, Kayden Jenkins of Carthage and Destani Westcott of Carthage; and his brothers, Vince Brinkschroeder (Marilyn) of Ft. Madison, Wayne Brinkschroeder of Colusa and Kevin Brinkschroeder (Linda) of Niota. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
