She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Muczynski and Catherine Muczynski (Zukowski); her husband Henry J. Smith; her daughter Patricia Smith; and her grandson Stephen Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Smith (Susan) and Barbara Zane (T. J.); her grandchildren, Shelby Zane, Matthew Zane, Rebecca Wheeler (Tim), Melissa Canfield (Alexsandra) and Jessica McCoy; her great grandchildren, Spencer, Kimber, Cedar and Victoria; and her nephew Michael Muczynski.
