Betty R. Miller Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 95, Betty R. Miller of Carlock, Illinois, born in Bloomington, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Betty had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Betty may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Girtin and Pansy Girtin (Rouse); her husband Wayne Miller; her daughter Linda Oliver; and her granddaughter Holly Karr.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Karr, Larry Miller and Randy Miller (Renee); her son-in-law Ken Oliver (Patty); and her sister Phyllis Benson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Carlock Mennonite Church or American Cancer Society.
