Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Doty and Roberta Doty; his sister Barbara; his significant other Nancy; his children, Aaron Doty of Springfield, IL and Jill Misner of Carbondale, IL; and his granddaughters, Shelby Doty, Shay Doty and Madison Misner.
Memorials may be made to Murray State University Athletics and will be accepted at the graveside service.
