We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2022, at the age of 73, Norma Lee Mullins of Carbondale, Illinois, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Evertt W. Robbison and Freda Wiggs Robbison; her spouse Jerry A. Mullins; her sons, William R Mullins of Urbana, IL. and Christopher W. Mullins (Robin Cardwell-Mullins) of Carbondale; her sisters, Pamela McGee of Jackson, MO. and Patricia Seabaugh of Florissant, MO.; and her grandchildren, Elissa Blake Grove Mullins, Arwen Persephone Mullins and Jerry Cardwell Mullins. She was also cherished by three nieces and nephews and seven grandnieces and grandnephews.
