He was predeceased by: his parents, James Woollums and Evelyn Woollums (Brashear); and his wife Carol Ann Tippey. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Kelly (Jim) of Bloomfield, NJ, Catherine Hadsall (Steve) of St. David, IL, James Woollums (Jennifer) of Spring Hill, FL, Clay Tippey of Lexington, KY and Dena Tippey of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Daniel, Stephen, Giovanni, Carmen, Brian and Jamianne; his great grandchildren, Alexa, Elizabeth, Letty and Tobias; and his sister Barbara Dejaynes of Abingdon, IL. He is also survived by two aunts, one uncle; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to COVID-19 private graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown, IL.
