He was predeceased by: his parents, John George and Yvonne G. Cwick (Sears); his former wife Edith Ann Cleinmark; his son Mark John Cwick; and his sister Cheri Cagley.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Wheeler; his children, Ellen D. Cwick (Pam Ransom) of Wauconda, IL, Therese Stevens of El Paso, IL and Jaynet Smith (Steve) of Flanagan, IL; his daughter-in-law Laura Cwick (Kim Bond) of Smyrna, GA; his stepchildren, Jill Cox (Rhett) and Brent Wheeler (Mandy); his grandchildren, Allison Cwick, Erin Caughman (Will), Matt Bauer (Ashley Cox), Michael Bauer, Eric Smith (Jamie) and Brent Smith (Albana); his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Cox, Sarah, Allison and Nick Wheeler; and his great grandchildren, Mark, Elizabeth Caughman, Kingston Nuding, Nolan, Dylan, Owen Smith, Brock and Madison Smith.
Memorials can be made to El Paso-Gridley Education Foundation or to Extended Care Unit at Graham Hospital in Canton.
