Polhans of Pekin, IL and Yetta Smith (Polhans) of Savannah, GA; and his siblings, James Polhans of Nevada, William Polhans of Fort Madison, IA, Henry Polhans of Las Vegas, NV and Thelma Palm (Polhans) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
