He is survived by: his girlfriend Doris Ann Burg of Cahokia, IL; his former wife Sarah Green; his sons, Chad Green of Belleville, IL and Bobbie Jo Grissom (Charles) of East Carondelet, IL; his grandson William Vance; his brothers, Jimmy Woolbright of Cahokia, IL and Jessie Hickman of Cahokia, IL; his nieces and nephews, Felicia, Gage, Annette, Raymond, Allison and Kyle; and his pets, Isabelle, Cleatus, Little Man and Boo. He is also survived by his family and friends.
