She was predeceased by: her husband Walter J. Mondzak, Sr.; her parents, Charles and Verla; and her sisters, Kay Barbee and Rosellen Boyd.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Avett of St. Louis, MO, Raymond Signorino of St. Louis, MO and Walter Mondzak, Jr. of Lake St; her siblings, Charles Kirkland of Arkansas, Carlee Mallory of Florida and Judy Jones (Harlan) of Tennessee; and her grandson Ryan Avett.
