He was predeceased by: his brother Billy Barneko; and his sister-in-law Nora Oberlender. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Barneko; his sons, Richard T. Webner (Debbie Fults) of Cahokia, IL and James Barneko of Cahokia, IL; and his siblings, Dennis Barneko (Norma Jean Wilson) of Dupo, IL and Patricia Allen of Kentucky.
