It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelda J Brightwell of Cahokia, Illinois, born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on April 24, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Russell Brightwell; her parents, Melvin and Alma A.; and her sister Edith Spencer. She is survived by: her children, Russell Keith Brightwell (Chris) of Richfield, UT and Patti Flipiak (Ron) of Columbia, IL; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jenette, Autumn, Benjamin, Nicholas, Nathan (Stacey) and Tracy (Chris). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
