It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Wilkerson (Cahokia, Illinois), born in Fisk, Missouri, who passed away on November 22, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Pansy Wilkerson; his son Roylee Wilkerson; his parents, Claude and Josephine; his daughter-in-law Deborah Wilkerson; his great grandchild Kaitlyn Bayer; and his brothers, Leon, James Robert and Jerry Wilkerson.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Thomas (Ron) of Cahokia, IL., Linda Hooker (Ron) of Dupo, IL., Glenda Beever (William) of Columbia, IL., Jimmy Wilkerson (Phyllis) of Waterloo, IL. and John Wilkerson of Cahokia, IL; and his siblings, Shirley Bowen of Dexter, MO and Larry Wilkerson of Fairfield, IL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
