He is survived by: his wife Holly Bass; his children, John Dylan Bass (Caroline) of Biloxi, MS, Garrett Bass of Cahokia, IL and Breanna Rehbein (Canaan) of Chillicothe, MO.; his siblings, Bonnie Howerton of Columbia, IL, Robin Waddington of Columbia, IL and Patrick Bass (Karan) of Corona; his nephews, Kyle Waddington (Alecia) of Waterloo, IL, Michael Kunzelman (Michelle) of Odenton, MD and Damian Rivera of Columbia, IL; his niece Nichole Odem of Belleville, IL; and his grandson Tucker.
