It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Rollin Holtzhouser of Cahokia, Illinois, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on July 1, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Jonelle Rollin Holtzhouser; his aunt Myra L. Sims; and his cousin Dana York. He is survived by: his wife Alice Middleton Holtzhouser; his children, Jason Holtzhouser of Denver, CO and Emily Holtzhouser of Warsaw, IN; and his parents-in-law, John, Peggy Middleton, Joe, Diane Middleton, Tom Middleton, Ann Mudd and Vincent York.
