He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Stacy; and his siblings, Leon, Carl, Winfred, Bob Stacy, Norma Lea and Imogene.

He is survived by: his son Michael Stacy (Lee) of Cobb Mountain, CA; his grandchildren, Collin Stacy (Shanda) of Centreville, VA and Aubree Gaynor (Bill) of Suwanee, GA; his great grandchildren, Cassidy, Wyatt and Eleanor; and his friends, Jason and Louise.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Shriner's Hospital Children.
