He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foulks and Dorotha Foulks; and his stepfather Amos Calvert. He is survived by: his son Dwight Foulks; his siblings, Whitey, Doyle Foulks, Barbara Sue Crapo and Vicki Lawrence; his wife Kerry Foulks; his children, Dena Whitledge, Linda Fisher (Wiley), Kim Foulks, Debbie Philips, Edd Foulks (Linda), Eddie Foulks, Gary Donnelly, Dennis Foulks (Angie) and Mark Foulks (Shiela); and his brothers, Dale Foulks (Judy), Jim Foulks (Tina) and Frank Chastain.
