With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Ray Carter of Cahokia, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on December 13, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jimmy" and Shirley. He is survived by: his brother Al Carter (Lisa) of Cahokia, IL; and his nephew Austin Schmid of Colorado.
