He is survived by: his parents, George Frank and Evelyn Frank (Murrish); his spouse Norma; his children, Deborah George (Gary) of Rockford, Charles Frank (Cindy) of Byron and Mary Swanson (Todd) of Rockford; his siblings, Lloyd Frank (Leah) of South Beloit, Rodney Frank of Trout Creek, MT and Ruth Comstock of Rockford; his grandchildren, Gary George Jr (Cindy), Brenda Frank of Oklahoma, Joseph Garrett of Davis Junction and Mathew Frank of Byron; and also, Lee and Norma Hiatt. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Howard Lee Frank, 85, of Byron passed away peacefully after a hard fought battle with Alzheimer's.
