She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Levey and Phyllis Levey (Ackra). She is survived by: her sons, Reed Spaulding (Karen) of Byron, Randall Spaulding (Kima) of Villa Park and Curtis Spaulding (Andrea) of Rockford; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Truckenmiller (Brandon), Hunter Lemke, Quintin Spaulding, Brenna Lemke, Ryder Spaulding, Bryson Spaulding, Noah Spaulding, Roman Spaulding, Zackery Rouse, Ashlynne Spaulding and Gabriella Spaulding; her great grandchild Zane; her brothers, Jim Levey (Evelyn) of Bremerton, WA and Richard Levey (Jennifer) of Mesa, AZ; and her nieces and nephews, Melinda, Cynthia, Hannah and David.
