He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dugger and Ola Faye Dugger (Dunn); and his siblings, Roger, Jerry and Patricia Beckum.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Gathman; his daughters, Catherine Bryant (Bill) and Cynthia Brunner (Dave); his grandchildren, Krista Monroe (Sean), Lindsey Miller, Evan Brunner (Abby) and Jason Brunner (Megan); and his siblings, Donald Dugger (Kathy), Mike Dugger and Cheri Dugger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
