She was predeceased by: her sister Susan Stam; her parents, Edward Pawelczyk and Marcella Pawelczyk; and her father-in-law Clarence Borowiak. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey A. Borowiak; her sisters, Cathy Del Sarto (Richard) and Carolyn Nelson; her brothers-in-law, Mike Borowiak (Pat) and Tim Borowiak (Suzanne); her nieces and nephews, Michelle Sigwalt (Nick), Meagan Del Sarto (Melissa Lukasick), Melissa Del Sarto, James Kulovitz, Christina Hanks (Ryan), Michael Nelson, Susan Nelson, Matthew Nelson, Timothy Stam (Tanya Martinez), Jeremy Stam (Amanda), Christopher Stam (Amanda), Adam Borowiak and Olivia Borowiak; and her mother-in-law Crystal Borowiak.
