She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Leonard G. Cook; her children, Jim Cook (Jenny), David Cook, Daniel Cook and Mary Clare Cook; her brother Donald K. Neal; and her nieces and nephews, David, Tammy, Linda and Bob.
