It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna (Wuerfele) E. Roegner of Brookfield, Illinois, born in Burlington, Kansas, who passed away on June 4, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wuerfele and Fonda Wuerfele (Graham); and her sisters, Georgie Ethel, Mildred Stillian, Alberta Wuerfele, Lucile Woods and Marguerite Myers.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Shook (Ron); her caregiver Mark Roegner; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Briggs (Ryan), Ben Shook (Meredith), David Shook (Liz) and Jon Shook (Mary); and her great grandchildren, Michael, Jackson, Chris, Caroline, Donovan and Lily.
