She is survived by: her parents, Kelly Lewis (Stafford) of Coal City and Terry Lewis of Crystal River, FL; her sisters, Sara Lewis Armstrong (Joseph Armstrong) of Carbon Hill and Deborah Lewis Duha of Belleview, FL; her son Austin Lewis of Coal City; her niece Tristyn Duha of Florida; and her grandparents, William and Judith Stafford of Morris. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
