He is survived by: his parents, Barbie Marie Burkhart and Jody Thomas Haley Jr. Very; his siblings, Jessica, Jody (Cheyann), Michael, Jeremy, Jalyssa, Jazlyn and Jax; his grandparents, Gary Burkhart, Linda Marie Costa and Virginia Livorsi; and his great-grandparent Lorraine Burkhart (late Clark).
